Welcome to ProfileTM, where our journey is a testament to evolution, resilience, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. Our origin story is not just about us, but about recognizing and seizing the opportunity to help Realtors thrive and take their time back from the monotonous grind of office and marketing tasks.


It all started when we were at the helm of a burgeoning real estate team, spread across multiple locations.

We were frustrated! Frustrated enough with subpar leverage solutions for our team and we wanted to create something special that could really help agents and not just add another person to manage.

The need for a robust transaction coordination service for our own team sparked the idea of creating something unique. Our initial step involved acquiring an existing company, a move that, while ambitious, led to significant learning opportunities, especially when we faced challenges early on.


The turning point came with the advent of Covid, prompting us to disband the traditional real estate team and pivot our full attention to nurturing ProfileTM so we could help even more agents, not just our own. This period of reflection and recalibration allowed us to identify and embrace the real needs of real estate agents. We discovered that beyond transaction coordination, agents craved tailored services that would liberate them from the administrative quagmire and redirect their focus to what they do best: selling, negotiating and being in front of clients.


Embracing this insight, we reinvented our services to provide superior transaction coordination services that truly helped the agent shine AND get more referrals. From personalized welcome calls and texts to meticulous email and compliance management, we aim to offload 10-20 hours of administrative work per transaction, enabling agents to realign with their passion for selling.

We didn't set out to build a big company, we set out to make a difference by supporting Realtors so they can SELL MORE HOMES.

The evolution didn't stop there. Our agents expressed a desire for more comprehensive support, seeking solutions that extended beyond traditional transaction coordination without the commitment to a full-time administrative staff. In response, in 2023, we launched Profile Plus++. This enhanced suite includes social media management, database upkeep with a strategic plan to engage with it, QuickBooks assistance, listing services, and more. All designed to offer the complete leverage package that ALL agents need to thrive.
